Six Sigma

|
Six-Sigma is capable of delivering substantial improvements in business performance and profitability. Six-Sigma is a methodology that combines best-in-class methods and tools within a robust and structured project delivery framework. The Six-Sigma name comes from the idea that we want the average process to perform 6 standard deviations (6 sigma) inside the customer specified requirement or service level agreement. This gives us assurance that we will be as defect free as is reasonable. For more information on the ideas and content of Six Sigma see the article in our resources section or click on one of the course pdf links below. |
Lean Six-Sigma
Lean Six Sigma combines the benefits of Lean and Six Sigma programmes to get the best results.
Whilst delivering reduction in variation and eliminating waste are obviously related, the rest of the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies have great synergy. To implement one methodology and disregard the other is not best practice and will lead to sub-optimal results so we have a full range of training options that provide you with the knowledge and skills to achieve the best outcomes.
