We provide email support for your order from 9am to 5pm (New Zealand time), Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed automatically and confirmation and access instruction emails are sent to the email address you entered on the checkout page. If you made an error in the email address then you will not receive these details.
If you did not receive an email confirming your order or details of how to access your training course please check your email spam folder (if on a corporate network, ask your system administrator to check this) before contacting us.
Accessing your course
- If you cannot access your training course please check the following:
- If you have just purchased your training course and you have not used the training site before, you will need to complete the registration process before you can enter your enrolment key.
- After registration, check to ensure you are using the correct enrolment key (this will have been emailed to you).
- Ensure you are entering the correct username and password you provided in the registration process.
- Forgotten username or password? You can recover your username and password by following the instructions on the log-in screen.
Training materials
The supporting documentation requires Adobe Reader or other pdf document viewer. Some documents are in Microsoft Excel format and require Microsoft Excel or the free Excel Viewer from Microsoft. Please install the required software to view these documents. Images such as posters are in jpg format which can be viewed in the graphics viewers built into the commonly used operating systems.
Videos
Videos are streamed to your device. This requires a broadband speed connection and has the same performance requirements as YouTube or Vimeo. Some mobile devices using low speed cellular data networks may experience buffering (stop start). Where possible use a wireless or wired broadband connection. Switch off High Definition to improve performance with low speed connections.
